Leda Olgundemir, a graduate of Marmara University’s Preschool Teaching program, has been working at Açı Schools since 2005. She has completed various certification programs related to early childhood education approaches. At tAçı Preschool Levent campus, she worked as a classroom teacher for 3-4-5 year-old groups for four years and as an assistant principal for one year.
From 2011 to 2019, she served as the principal at Açı Preschool Kemerburgaz campus. Since 2020, she has been continuing her role as the principal at Açı Preschool Levent campus.

Leda Olgundemir has been actively involved in the implementation and development projects of the Açı Preschool education program, as well as in the establishment and structuring of the preschool teacher training program. She continues to actively contribute to these efforts.
