Roz Gençoğlu, a graduate of Marmara University’s Preschool Teaching program, completed her master’s degree in “Applied Psychology” at Istanbul Commerce University. Over the years, she has completed various certification programs related to early childhood education approaches. Since December 2009, she has been working at Açı Schools. At the Açı Preschool Bahçeköy campus, she has held roles such as classroom teacher, team leader, and assistant principal. Additionally, she served as the school principal at Açı Preschool from 2013 to 2015.
Roz Gençoğlu has been involved in the implementation and development projects of the Açı Preschool education program, as well as in the establishment and structuring of the preschool teacher training program. She continues to actively contribute to these efforts.
