Kübra Şencan, a graduate of Istanbul University’s Elementary Education program, has been working at Açı Schools since 2010. During this time, she has served as a classroom advisor and academic coordinator at the 3rd and 4th-grade levels in elementary school. Since 2023, she has been serving as the assistant principal at Sarıyer Açı Middle School.
