Our Recruitment Process

Based on the needs determined for each academic year, our job postings are published on our website and on various career platforms, and applications are received for evaluation.

Interview Process:

  • The first interview is conducted by our Human Resources team.
  • The second interview is held with the Academic Coordinator, School Principal/Assistant Principal, and/or Department Coordinator.
  • Candidates are asked to perform a demo lesson presentation, engage in case studies, and/or conduct lesson simulations to observe their performance in real work scenarios.
  • References are contacted, and feedback regarding past experiences is collected.

Qualifications Sought in Candidates:

  • Candidates for academic positions are expected to have graduated from relevant fields related to the position they are applying for.
  • Teacher candidates who have not graduated from educational faculties must have a pedagogical formation certificate. Candidates with a Master’s degree do not face any appointment issues.
  • The expectations for foreign language proficiency vary according to the positions.
