Elmas Artkın, who has been working at Açı Schools since 2009 in various positions, graduated from Istanbul University’s Physics Department and later completed her master’s degree in Secondary Education Science-Mathematics at Yıldız Technical University. Between 2007 and 2009, she worked as a science teacher at Yüzyıl Işıl Schools. She has been with Açı Schools since 2009.

Within Açı Schools, Elmas Artkın has held various roles, including middle school science teacher, middle school science department coordinator, middle school principal, and high school principal. During the 2018-2019 academic year, she attended the “Education Practice and Innovation” master’s program at the University of Southampton in the UK and successfully completed the program. From 2019 to 2023, she continued her role as the principal of Açı High School. In the 2021-2022 academic year, Elmas Artkın completed the EMBA master’s program at Sabancı University. Since the 2023-2024 academic year, she has been serving as the General Manager of Açı Schools.
