Gülnur Gürsoy, a graduate of Sakarya University’s Elementary Education program, has been working at Açı Schools since 2004. During this time, she has worked as a teacher and administrator at both the elementary and middle school levels. After successfully completing an English language program in the United States between 2012 and 2013, she returned to continue her work at Açı Schools.

While in the United States, Gülnur Gürsoy visited several prominent schools to observe and study educational programs and practices. She has also continued her professional development by attending training in psychodrama, communication, and the use of technology in classrooms.
Starting her career at Açı Schools, Gülnur Gürsoy has made significant contributions as both a teacher and an administrator, successfully completing projects related to the implementation and development of elementary school curricula. Since 2019, she has been serving as the principal of Açı Sarıyer Primary School.
