Şeyla Bahar Taragano, a graduate of Marmara University’s Preschool Teaching program, has been working at Açı Schools since 2005. She has completed various certification programs related to early childhood education approaches. She worked for 4 years as a 3-4 year-old class teacher and team leader at Açı Preschool Levent campus, for 3 years as a 4-year-old class teacher and team leader at the Bahçeköy campus, and for 8 years as a 4-year-old class teacher, team leader, and education and teaching coordinator at the Kemerburgaz campus. Since 2020, she has been serving as the school director at Açı Preschool Kemerburgaz campus.

Şeyla Bahar Taragano has been involved in the implementation and development projects of the Açı Preschool education program and in the establishment and structuring of the preschool teacher training program. She continues to actively work on these projects.
