Due to rapid changes in technology any kind of information is easily accessible. Therefore we believe the most valuable skill we can help our students develop is the ability to take responsibility for their own learning so that they can become individuals who are capable of reinterpreting information.
Another reason we offer our social responsibility projects is our trust in our students. We see our students as individuals who will have a say in the management, resources, prosperity, and development of the country, with a broad sphere of influence. Our goal is to graduate young people who have the power and awareness to fulfill the responsibilities they take on in a way that will positively contribute to society.
For this reason, we carry out social responsibility projects that will increase the awareness of students from preschool through high school, and contribute to their moral development. These projects include collecting aid for students in the eastern regions, sending them letters and drawings, completing our work for a day without using paper and only with waste materials, producing educational materials for children with leukemia, organizing music sessions for people who cannot leave the hospital, hosting spring festival events prepared and organized by our students for our partner schools, sharing books and toys with peers we have never met, hosting elderly people from the nursing home at our school, meeting the needs of animal shelters, writing and staging a play to raise awareness about violence against women, and many other learning experiences that serve for the same purpose.
