Preparation for Local Universities
One of our aims in university preparation studies is to send our students to universities as young people who are ready and fully equipped with academic and social skills. As an institution aware of university entry requirements in our country, we take the responsibility of preparing our students for university exams as well as preparing them for university.
The exams (Basic Proficiency Test (TYT) and Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS)) that the students in Turkey have to take to enter universities are treated not only as a result but as a process. Therefore the education program executed properly and thoroughly, prepares our students for university entrance exams. Regarding this, the preparation for examinations is carried out by means of content based educational curriculum at all grade levels and by technical reinforcement studies which begin in the second semester of the 11th grade. On 12th grade the education begins in August and if necessary students would attend classes on Saturdays and Sundays as well. Local university preparation studies take place mainly in the 12th grade.
A wide range of consulting services including professional goal setting, tendency determination, making university and profession preferences, planning individual study schedule and support programs, counseling and follow-up of students and aiding in university selection are provided to the students in the process of university preparation.
This work is carried out by our university advisor Sevgül Özgür Tunçel (email@example.com).
